Parents Forum

It was great to see so many of our parents at our recent forum on improving children's well-being, mental and physical health. The presentations can be accessed by following the links below;

  • CLICK HERE to see 'The Zones of Regulation' Presentation - Children from Year 1 to Year 6 discussed the lessons they've had in which they talked about their emotions, in order to develop a toolkit of strategies to help them change their emotions if they want to or to suit different situations. It was great to hear the children talking about their learning and how they are starting to use it in their daily lives.

  • CLICK HERE to see the '30/30 Activity Programme' Presentation - the government has challenged schools and parents to give their children 30 minutes of activity each day both at home and in school (beyond PE lessons and playtime). Parents were given an insight into how we are increasing activity across a range of activities and curriculum subjects to ensure our children have 30 minutes more activity in their day at school.
